Arecibo dresses up to celebrate the arrival of the long-awaited La Puntilla Carnival 2025The event, full of tradition, art and culture, promises to bring the community together in a vibrant atmosphere.

This year, the carnival is dedicated to Dr. Segundo González Del Rosarioa prominent physician with 47 years of service in Arecibo, known for his involvement in community work and his support for social development. His love for volunteering, golf and fishing are part of his legacy.

  Students from the Arecibo District will present short plays to the public and a specialized jury. An opportunity to highlight young talent and promote the performing arts in the region.
